Rented: From 1992 To 2009

I have been here on and off almost 16 years now and I WILL NOT RENEW MY LEASE THIS TIME. Blackhawk management is a joke..They do not do anything about the washers & dryers when the machines steal your money. Alot of times, theres no heat in the dryers due to not paying there gas bill I assume. Something is always wrong with the laundry facilities. They just don't care as long as it makes them money. Pool lights at the pool and inside the pool by bldg 20 does not work. They say "TECO will fix it next week". Its been almost 2 years now.Also the same pool is always nasty, better hope the Health Inspector does'nt drop by or we'll be screwed for another year. Almost all of the management team here is spanish, Maybe thats the problem "NO OBLA ENGLISH. Forget contacting BLACKHAWK, LINDA & STAN MOOREHEAD are nothing but jokes,CEO'S? overpaid trash just like this complex....

As a resident here like you, I am very surprised at your review. I have no problems understanding the staff here. Your remark regarding the No Hablo English is totally uncalled for. Maybe that is the real issue, a thing called prejudice. It seems to me that for as long as you have been living you would have moved out a long time ago if things were so bad.

As far as I know, this review is false...First of all, the staff speaks English very well. When you go to the office they alway recieve you with a smile and help you in anyway they can. This place is has improved over the past year since Blackhawk took over...So I don't know which apartment complex this person is talking about but it is not The Park on Waters.
