I have lived in several apts here in florida, some good experiences some bad. I must say that at the Park on Water I am having one of those good experiences. The manager and office really strive to make living here a great experience. The maintenance staff is quick and very friendly. All issues are addressed in a very timely fashion. I recommend the Park on Waters to anyone looking to live in a safe and friendly enviornment.

Hey I live here too. I agree with your review. The manager and office staff are extremely friendly and always anxious to take care of your issues. May it be service request to helping you fax something. I have never had any reason to worry about any maintenance issues, they are quick to respond. It is a very nice to place to live.
