The appearance of the complex is awesome! Unfortunately, that's all it is. The gate is always broken, maintenence is great, but you have to call ten times for the same problem once every 2 months. The office staff is great other than Julie. She lied about there being a dog walk area or either she just doen't what one is. She lied about a washer and dryer coming with the unit, and she lied about fitness center bieng open til 10pm. Anything to get a move in though, right?! Noise is always an issue, you can hear eveything!!! And heaven forbid you have a pet that barks at a car passing bye, the front office will give you a courtesy call telling to that they're going to call animal services if your dog doesn't stop barking...of course this before any confirmation has been made that it's even your dog barking! I would not recommend living here unless Julie is fired and the gate is fixed!
