This apartment community, Preserve at Mobbly Bay (8210 Solano Bay Loop Tampa , FL 33635), not only employs scum, but moves them right on in! They employ an adult male that lives in one of their units on site that has absolutely no problem buying and feeding alcohol to minors. He also boasts about selling illegal narcotics out of the unit his employers rent to him.
