Apartment Reviews for University Oakwoods - Tampa

The floors are warpede,the ac units have seen theirs best days,the apartments are roach infested the noise level is maddening,also thre is mold in the bathrooms,the office told me to fix the problem with the mold myself,I have seen more police action here than in the movies,the drug dealing,smoking etc is everywhere ,security is almost always nonreachable or asslep,and the office doesnot want you to call the mpolice maintenance and office staff are rude obnoxious crooks they are in their 5th set of management personnel all the previous ones were fired for stealing,and do not expect to get a receipt when you pay your rent,there have been some shootings here and at least one person killed I wouldnt wish not even for my worst enemy to live here I have had to call the police at least 500 times cars ,being broken into do not even ask me how many the management male and female huge assholesthere are about 20 cats runing around so fleas are a mbig problem no pets are allowed nonetheles the manament doesnot do anything about it and people doesnot pick up after their mpets so be careful,noise level extremely high 24/7 ,the door was kicked in when i moved in,you have to get into a huge argument with the management to get something fixed here,and the streets wow the moon craters are smaller than the holes on the streets here and they are so stupid and cheap that they patch them up with mud!!!!! F this low life MFS I hope they and their tenants rotten in ****!!!!!
