nice quiet location and next to a trail. Place is well maintained. Now for the rest. When you give notice they require 60 days, they want you to pay for carpet cleaning and give them the receipt for proof or they will charge you to have the carpets cleaned. They also give you a check out list that rivals any check out We did while living on base housing. They have random inspections every quarter. This is advertised as a gated community but it has not worked during the time we have been here. The cable is terrible and goes out during hard rain. If you want TV this is all you can get and it cost about $45.00 a month. You get 66 channels ( about 5 pay, stars and encore) Present management will say one thing then deny the made the statement when it comes up later. We decided to move as management seems to forget that it's the resident that pays there salary. Many here would like to move to another location but because they live on a limited income can not. Also if you decide to move here do not move into build. 1 or 2 unless you move to a west unit. The sun during the summer really heats the east side units up even though we have put blackout drapes. We were told to keep the lights off as the added heat will cause the ac to run.
Other than that it's not a bad place to live.
