I moved into my apartment about a year ago on the recomendation of another resident and I am very glad I did. The building is older (historic), but that is made up for by the location. It is right downtown on Clematis street by the fountains. I can walk to work and to the beach! The maintenance people are very helpful and always come when I call. They are putting a new elevator in the building now to replace an old one which is a little inconvenient now, but will nice when it is finished. It is very inexpensive for the location! I will not be moving anytime soon!
