i moved down here from up north and looked at a ton of apartments. i instantly feel in love with the strand. The conceirge is awesome and always notifies me when i have visitor and mantinance is always very prompt when i have a problem. I think i definately made the right decision in choosing the strand and plan on renewing my lease when the times come.
