Rented: From 2003 To 2005

I will start by saying that this apartment will always be my favorite. The neighbors were all great; we all talked and even had BBQ’s together at some points. The property it’s self was wonderful as well. Keep in mind these apartments are old Florida construction; so not the best insulation. But you get a lot of apartment for your money. However, the maintenance section of AG Properties is not the best. Usually quick fixes… The biggest problem and most talked about complaint among all of us was the air conditioners always breaking.
