Apartment Reviews for Semoran North Apts - Winter Park

The place isn't the prettiest, but the location is great. You have Publix, Wal-mart, Sam's, Blockbuster, LA Fitness, and more within 2 minutes of here. The rent is cheap, expecially for the square footage you get.

They are older buildings, so the wiring is a little weird, but we can run everything fine, TV, internetc, phone, etc.

The parking lots are almost all surrounded, so even though it isn't gated, they are hidden within the apartments.

I would definetly recommend this apartment place. They also offer percent off rent if you are a Full Sail student!
