Apartment Review for Sutton Place Apartments

They are nice in the office, I have had no problems and I am a student myself. As a matter of fact, they welcome students as 75% of residents are students of Full Sail or UCF. It is a gated complex in which we have security that does actively patrol the complex. Maitenence is very helpful. The yare there when you need them. They try to fix any little thing you might have a problem with. Sometimes, management will even hold game nights in which you can win great prizes. In which I won $250 off my rent for this month. Another man won $600. Though it's a bit pricey. I pay $820 a month for a one bedroom. But, if you can afford it, they are willing to work with you. <P>
