I have lived in Golf Terrace for 2.5 years. I enjoy the atmosphere, nice and quiet almost peacefull at times. <P>
Although, whoever the electrical and phone installers were, they really had a screw loose. Bad job, shame on them. <P>
Other than that, I call it home. <P>

i have lived in golf terrace for a year now. being a single woman i couldn't of find a safer place to live. the neighbors are great. The maintance department couldn't be more concerned about what needs to be fixed. i am glad i choose golf terrace to live.

We've lived here for almost 6 months and have nothing but positive things to say about the property and all the staff. We live in what is called the Phase I section of the property which is 20+ years old so we understand when some things arent exactly perfect. When a situation arises (we had a leak in our bathroom ceiling) the maintenance person was right there and the leak was repaired in no time and the mess was cleaned up and within a week the hole was repaired. The office staff are so understanding of any complaints that we might have, which are very few, and they communicate with maintenance respectivly. We have witnessed the entire staff, from the General Manager down to the porter picking up trash whenever they encountered it. This tell us that those folks care about the property and care about us. We were thinking about moving back up north until we moved to Golf Terrace. Now were hoping to re-new our lease.

I have had a great experience here. I have been here for several years. I have purchased a home and moving in the next month. I would recommend it.

I moved in 2001 with a job transfer. Of all the places I lived this is the best. GREAAT STAFF. I have never experienced any issues

The maintenance people here are first rate and do a good job. The same cannot be said for the management, however. They are outwardly courteous and cheerful while they stab you in the back. Don't move in here, the apartments aren't worth it, and the rent rises every time you sign a new lease. They have inadequate parking available unless you pay for it. Extra. A lot extra. Stay away, it has been an expensive lesson for us.
