Mosswood has been my home for 10 years. I too enjoy the single-story living. I do not like noise from above or below. I walk straight to my unit. The staff has taken care of me very well. I have referred several friends and co-workers here. I get to live with people I know and get a referral fee at the same time. We have weekly pest control that does a great job. However, I have never needed them to spray in my unit.

I have lived at Mosswood for over 17 years. I have never had fleas in my unit. The office staff and maintenance are GREAT!! Please do not allow the prevoius review to discourage you. Mosswood is all single-story, peaceful living. The office staff prints and faxes items for me. The maintenance perform all work requests are within 24 hours. I would not have lived here so long if it were not for the Great team at Mosswood that services me. The only headaches here are what you my bring on yourself. Mosswood takes my headaches away!!
