These used to be condo's, so the apartments are a grade higher than typical - nicer appliances and sturdier floors & walls. Can't hear the neighbors. Quiet neighborhood. Only moving because we have new jobs.

I've lived here a couple of years now and it's nice. This is the biggest apartment I have lived in and I'm in walking distance to the pool. The office staff always wave and they constantly have parties for us...even though I never go I think that's cool. They are doing some remodeling right now wich is kindof annoying but it's nice their keeping the place up. I'm happy

Seville on the green has been by far the best apartment that I have ever lived in. The floor plans are great. The staff are awesome, and very helpful. The maintenance people are on top of all requests. It is a very peaceful and quiet community. I would highly reccommend this apartment to anyone who wants to have a wonderful home.
