Apartment Reviews for Willa Springs - Winter Springs

I don't know where all of these negative reviews come from, except from overall negative people! This is the 5th apartment complex I have lived in and it is without a doubt my favorite thus far. The rent is fair, the grounds are beautiful. All of MY neighbors are kind and respectful, and the staff here has been very understanding (and prompt) with all of our needs. Yes, there are a lot of kids, and they do skateboard outside their apartments. But they live here too. And their skateboarding is probably the one thing keeping them entertained and out of trouble. They make some noise during the day, but I have never once seen them out boarding past ten o'clock. They're kids having fun. Since when does that make an apartment complex a bad place to live? I have made over a dozen friends that live here and none of them know anyone who has ever been burgled or vandalized here. That should say something about the sort of environment it is. I feel lucky to live here. I highly recommend it.

These aprtments are not bad, they are nice, friendly people. As of skateboards they sent notices around banning all skateboarding. I do feel that they are overpirced for the quality. Do not get me wrong they are nice but not for the price. I did not live her my girlfriend lived here but i was there enough to know how things where run etc. I do belive you can find better aprtments than this one, but if you dont have to worry abut money, not a bad place.

They allow skate boarding all over.
