Review for Carroll Management Apartments

My wife and I moved here while she was pregnant and it was still warm. We now have a 4 month old son and it is winter. With the winter we noticed drafts coming through the apartment in all the windows and doors. We notified the apt management and they sent their maintenance guys out. As soon as they walked through the door they looked at us and said it was hot and we were only trying to get out of our lease. We have to keep the heater on 75 or higher and wear longs sleeves, pants and socks at all times. They refuse to do anything and threaten to sue remainder of rent if we leave. The maintenance guys were racist and I don't throw that term around lightly and the staff is showing discrimination as well. Whether it be due to color of our skin or our age, it's not right. Prior to this our Jeep was broken into and all the owner and management could say was, "There is nothing we can do and we can't let you out of your because we can't upset our investors." Wow! It's pathetic to see they would put money over their residents safety.
