Boring Looking, But Great Place

I lived in Village about a year and I have to say the staff was always helpful (even minor complaints were fixed on the spot or within minutes), the place was totally safe and two of my three neighbors had dogs and I could barely ever make out the sign of muffled barking. The place is pretty plain, but it's great. The closest thing to a problem I ever had was with mosquitoes, which breed in a little decorative pond that was outside of my building. I think I saw one palmetto bug in my apartment the entire time I lived there, and had to kill but one spider.
