I moved in June 2005. It was a little rough for a while until the current management people. The neighborhood has improved a lot. I think it took new people in the office to weed out bad element. I'm happy with the maintenance guys because they come right away and are very nice. I dont mind the apartment being a little dated because we only have to pay electricity and water bills which arent high at all. Its nice and quiet and my neighbors are nice and keep their area tidy. Management seems on top of keeping people "in line". I would recommend looking for yourself. Dont judge based off old entries because they dont speak for the present.
