If you MUST live here, DO NOT lease an apartment anywhere near the pool. I moved in Jan 09. My building is closest to the pool. Everything seemed okay until warm weather arrived and the pool was opened. Quiet hours are supposed to be from 10:00 pm until 8:00 am. They are not adequately enforced. I have no incentive to renew my lease, and I'm glad I didn't lease for 18 months. Concerning maintenance: I made a simple maintenance request in February, and the workmanship was shoddy (think duct tape--my duct tape in fact). Not only that, but maintenance left the master key in the lock. The office will get it back when I leave.
