Review for The Arbors Apartments

There has been an apartment break in. There have been cars vandalized, stolen & broken-into. Packages delivered to tenants have been stolen from their doors. Check public records on some of these things. You will only be priviledged to know these things if & only if they can not avoid telling you so. Individual tenants "seen" and "smelled" with illegal drugs, of course *not proven*, riiight' Teen fights in & around cars.
Signing or leaving from a lease is like a choke hold until you give in, not a comfortable & pleasant experience. Don't believe me, sign up & try to leave once you discover the problems. Remember you will only see their best at the signing. If you normally report problems as you should, you will be made to feel like the problem.
The best maintenance service is from professionals called in to do the work the regular maintenance can not do. Observe where the maintenance guy hides until it is time for him to get off. The maintenance man is extremely friendly with questionable characters. Regular grounds maintenance is done to distract you from the poor & outdated construction of the buildings, from electrical to plumbing to A/C. Insullation is completely poor, not energy efficient at all.
The excercise room is a complete joke.
Get every unimportant & important thing in writing, their smiles are no guarantee that they are honorable in their word.
Expect loitering.
I have never had an issue obtaining a lease. I have always had a good working relationships with management. I have been able to use all my past apartment homes as a reference. Yes I know you are waiting for this one, I pay & have always paid rent on time!
Here's a PRO: There are good people that reside there but they are subject to desperate renting practices & their failure to do "necessary" upgrades to give you value for your money.
PRO: you will always have a parking spot.
PRO: Glen Park is down the road & if you are not unfortunate to have signed a lease with the arbors you can get more bang for your buck, I'm talking fire walls, professional staff, great building construction & plenty more.
Don't take my word for it, take a chance & sign the lease.
