Review for The Pointe Apartments

When we first moved in over three years ago, we were so excited. After, one year of living there they started moving in all the riff raff. The management company changes once a week. There has been guns being fired in the night, undisciplined children running around the neighborhood and playing in the streets and not moving out the way when the cars come. The maintenace staff is a joke! They will only fix your air or heat depending upon the temperature outside and even then they really dont fix it they will bring you a fan. Our burner on our stove has had a short in it for a year now and we called a total of ten times, they came out five because you always have to call your work order in twice because they lose it. They come out and say "oh, it just needs to be pushed in" and thats how they fix it. No dumb ass it needs to be replaced, but we just got so tired and managed with 3 burners. Lets, not talk about the ant and roach infestation because they have all these vacant apartments around. These people suck, beware!
