Review for Woodbridge Apartments

I have lived here almost 3 years, will NOT be renewing lease since new management. They send out notices that things are to be done, then it is weeks before something is done, (supposedly upgrading the apts), but it is just regular maintenance that should have been done all along. If you call the staff about the notices, you get argued with that the notice did not state what it did, and you are talked to as if you are an imbecile that can't understand the written word, when you have it in front of you. In all the time I have been here, I have never seen a security person, I called one time, had to leave a message, and was never called back. Parents with kids getting on school buses block the entrance to the complex, while waiting for the bus. Staff says there is nothing they can do, in last couple of weeks it has been a little better. While trying to get out of the complex one morning, I had to squeeze between parents cars and they blew their horns at ME, I was just trying to get to work on time. Rent increases every year, with no improvement. They have installed a fountain in front of the rental office which I am sure tenants will be paying for, along with the other "improvements" that were mentioned before. The work was shoddy and they used re-cyled wood from other apartments to repair. One of the workmen was spotted releiving himself in the woods behind my apartment. DON'T MOVE HERE!!!
