Review for The Exchange Apartments

If you live on the second or third floor the apartments are better. The bottom floor apartments have a reputation of having rats in them (and these apartments are new) and they can't seem to fix the problem. The office staff are usually nice but they are not the most intelligent and can sometimes be rude. The property manager is rude and will show little concern for your problems and has a habit of not returning calls. This is supposed to be a gated community, but half the time the gates are open or have cones blocking them off. My phone number has never been correctly fixed in the directory so I am unable to beep in my friends when the gates are closed.
The apartments look nice and are in a safe location. They do have a lot of pool space and a basketball court (which they won't even turn the lights on for at night) but I don't believe living here is worth the frustration of dealing with the problems.
