Students attending Georgia Tech, located a mile and a half away, can find a home at the Gables 820. While there have been a few break-ins in the area, management has been made aware and keeps courtesy officers on patrol at all times. Management is responsive to all resident concerns and is actively responding to any issues there may be. Reviewers enjoy the new building and the cleanliness as well. The covered parking in proximity to the city is also a plus.

The property is a great place for anyone affiliated with Georgia Tech to find housing, as the campus is minutes away. Tenants can eat at the Urban pL8, West Midtown Corner Tavern, and WestSide Pie, all steps from the premises. A few reviews mention that noise levels can fluctuate and the way the staff handles issues can be frustrating.
