Nice location and nice appliances, but that's really all this place has going for it. I am a current resident and I will not be renewing my lease due to several factors. First, and most important, thieves have been breaking into cars pretty regularly here. Notices go out like every other week, no exaggeration. Management does nothing, and the video cameras either do not work or don't seem to help. I feel unsafe- what happens if I come home late and happen to catch someone in the act of breaking in? There is no security to help you! Second, road noise and noise from the nearby Amtrak station is almost unbearable. Third, the parking deck is crazy- it's too small to accomodate the way people drive in it. Fourth, the pipes in the walls "pop" during cold weathe; it's very annoying when you're trying to sleep.
If you feel like you can deal with the safety and noise issues, then the actual apartments aren't too bad. Good luck!
