I lived at 1660 for three years while in grad school. It's in a great location, relatively new, clean and has a pool & gym.
You people who complain should move up north, as I just did. If you wanted to find a place as new and decent as 1660 in DC or NY it would easily cost you $1600 a month. So don't complain - at least you aren't living in a rat-infested basement apartment! :-)
