I've lived here several years and have had a very good experience. The management has changed a few times but that only seems to speed up renos, etc as they try to outdo the one before them. the current staff is a bit odd but very helpful. Everyone is always amazed at our sq footage vs rent and the abundance of trees makes it seem like a private retreat even though we are right next to 400, Perimeter Mall, the Sanady Springs Tennis Center, etc.
