When I moved into this particular apartment all I could think about was how great the location was. I never imagined I would be dealing with dog poop in the elevators and random individuals roaming the hallways. I am not certain as to why you pay for conceierge coverage because anyone can enter the building. The upkeep on the building is very poor. The hallways smell and the apartments always have issues. In addition, they fail to inform you that you will sweat during the transition between spring and summer. They will not flip the building over to cool until you have nearly had a heat stroke. I am very upset with this complex and do not recommend this facility to anyone.
