This apartment community is nothing like it is advertised for. There is no pool and will not be having one installed any time in the future. There is a roach problem. Piipes leak throughout the building down to the parking lot. There is pimping and pandering, distribution of narcotics throughout. No 24 hour concierge. No 24 hour access to the fitness area. The lobby is only for the use of the leasing office which closes at six unless previous notice is given. Pit bulls live here with children and other small dogs. And the list of problems continue...
