This is definately not even fit for the dogs. The property is always dirty, someone threw up in the gym and it took a week before anyone cleaned it up. The noise is unberable. If you are looking to get a good night's sleep, do not look this way. The residents that have moved in stay up all night and there is extremely loud music playing and the noise from the street is unberable... sirens all night long. In short, my suggestion would be to run, run far away from the place.
