I paid my rent one day late because I was out of town for a period. The manager charged me $190 late fee. When I talked with my co-workers, they siad the manager is absolutely a robber. I paid the $190 late fee since the lease agreement says, " if you pay rent late, then you should pay the market price plus 10% of the market price."
