My car was broken into while I lived here. And someone attempted to break into my apartment too. The response I got from management was, "Oh." When I toured the complex, I was shown a beautiful apartment furnished with new appliances, fresh paint and new carpet. I was not allowed to see my apartment until after I signed the lease. My apartment looked, smelled and felt like a dungeon. The appliances didn't work, my carpet was dingy, and there were bugs... many bugs. I now live in a place much bigger, much newer and for the exact same price.
