My roommate and I applied at Arbor Gates very recently, and this is our warning - DON'T DO IT! We just lost $165 to these people. We submitted our applications on a Sunday. A WEEK LATER, to our surprise, the leasing office hadn't even started processing the application. They were hardly apologetic.
