This complex is terrible, primarily b/c of the office staff which consists of a bunch of rude, obnoxious, and unprofessional women whose unofficial policy is 'we are always right, so go to hell'.
I have lived here since sept 04 and have always encountered the same attitude from these women. I have had many problems with my apt, and have made mult calls on various issues (such as my dishwasher not being properly installed since the day i moved in...when i open the door, it slides out). I have yet to see it get fixed. I am fed up calling them b/c i don't want to deal with the attitude and ruin my day.
The only thing they effectively do is get your guests' cars towed from the premises. My visitor was towed in less than 1 hr and the office couldn't even tell us whether it had been towed. We thought it was stollen and called 911. When i complained, they all yelled at me, esp the middle aged women (who is obviously menopausal and hates her job). The so called visitor spots are few and located far away.
The free hi-speed internet is a joke, it never works. i have lived here for 8 months and can count on one hand the number of times i've been able to use it.
Externally the remodelling job looks 'good', but take a closer look b/c it is a shoddy job.
Please DO NOT LIVE HERE...RUN ACROSS THE STREET TO CANLEN WALK...MUCH DIFFERENT EXPERIENCE...I'VE LIVED THERE.
