The office staff doesn't do their job. They write the workorders and have things done when they feel like it. Maintenance have been wonderful. Everything has always been fixed in a timely manner unless the office needed to call GE or the carpet cleaners because of their warranties. Parking is a problem if you let it be. It only takes a little common sence to not park in someone elses space. Over all I'm glad I still live here.
