Management redefines the phrase "could care less." They have no problem outright lying to you. Get EVERYTHING in writing. They will tell you lots of things verbally but then deny it later. Dont bother to leave messages over the phone (whether to a person or to the machine). It will be ignored or forgotten. The people in the office are truly rude, ignorant and downright unpleasant after they have a signed lease from you. There have been lots of problems with break ins and crime lately. Mgmt will cover their liability by sending out vague flyers every once in a while but they will never tell you exactly what crimes happened where. They have lowered their standards for accepting people so the quality of tenants has gone down while crime has gone up. The place needs some serious painting and renovation. The pool cleanliness is not monitored. Since this complex is not gated you get all kinds of nasty people who come and use the free pool. No gates mean criminals cruise the complex looking for opportunities. Lots of college kids on their own for the first time who don't know common courtesy. Don't expect mgmt to take any action against them. Walls are super thin. You will hear everything going on in your neighbors apartment.
