Where to begin. Well Since moving in here less than a year ago I've had an AC unit that didn't work for more than 3 weeks IN JULY!, my car broken into and thousands of dollars worth of equipment stolen, a pushy management inform me, incorrectly and illegally, that I can not have my satellite dish on my porch, and now I'm waiting for someone to come fix the leak in the ceiling of my kitchen.
Simple put DO NOT expect there to be ANY security of your vehicle. The "gated" portion of these apartments is for appearences only. In fact about half the time the gates don't even work or have been torn, (yes torn) off the hinges by one of my 'neighbors'. When my car was broken into I pointed out that security camera are cheap and plentiful these days and that would identify the criminals that were living amongst us. That suggestion was met with a blank stare.
As for the 'new' management. Well, I've lived a number of places since the laws regarding satellite dishes were changed and this was the first place that didn't know they couldn't mandate whether their occupents mounted satellite dishes.
All in all I'd live anywhere but here. Certainly not somewhere you'd want to live.
