My children and I have a 3 bedroom apartment here. in the 11 months that we have been here, I have yet to slepp an entire night without being woken up by either the upstair or downstair neighbors (the office had NEVER done anything). My son has never slept in his room due to the upstair TV which is on 24hrs a day! Now for the water bill, the average water bill/sewer bill is $80.00 a MONTH. I just receive my final water bill which amount to $301.00!!!! Did I mention the 5 break in this year.... the apartment it self is spacious and comfortable, but do not move in, you will regret it if you need to actually sleep.
