To start this review I would like to let every one know that this apartment is at best nice. The grounds are well kept. Like with other reviews the management does sucks. The managent personel that help me with the leasing proccess was robin. She is a nice person, but she is so unprofessional. I am kinda glad that her last day was on 7-14-06. Now I hope that no one worst take her place. To let you know I sign my lease on Friday July 14 2006. As I did the walk through of my appartment, I notice a couple of things that needed to be fixed before I move my furniture on monday july 17 2006. For example, my mail box and back door key did not work. Also, spots of paint was all over the door knobes and outside of the front door. Lastly, my top panel of my stove paint was peeling off. I told robin before she left for the last time. She told me that was being done on july 14. I came back to my appartment the next day with disguss. There was nothing done. I went to the leasing office to see what was the problem. Kisha look through the work orders and seen that robin did not even put in a work order. I told kisha I would like to be done before monday. I will let my audience know what happen next.
Like with other reviews of this apartment that stated that to get the cheaper rent you have to make a certain income. For my one bedroom apartment I had to make between 21000-29000 to get the advertise rent of 585 for gas and electric or 595 for just electric. The market value of my appartment is 675. I do not think this 738 sq ft apartment is worth that much. It is not like these apartments are located in buckhead. O before I go,your name has to be on a waiting list if you want the tax income apartment. Do not belive the management personel if they say that there is no list. I asked several times about the list ,but found out about the list when I was putting my application for the appartment. I had to wait 2 months to get this apartment. With that stated be prepared to wait once you put in your application.
