I'm a resident at Ashley Cascade, and if you are looking for quick maintenace or professional management DON"T MOVE OUT HERE. I put in a work order in 2 weeks ago and still no one has come. Everytime I call the office it goes stright to voice mail and they never return your phone call. The only time i got something done was when my hot water was cold. After 2 day they came and didn't fix it but the next time they came it was finially fix. I love my apartment but I HATE THE STAFF. WHEN MY LEASE IS UP I WILL MOVE. SO DON'T MOVE OUT HERE
