Review Title:   My Stay So Far At Ashley At Cascade
Reviewer:   Anonymous
Review Date:   11/22/2005

i have only been here a few months and it is ok,i have not seen security since i have been here,i didn't even know they had security.the gate stays down a lot and that is not very safe anyone could wonder in off the street.it would be a good idea to have security at the gate.also i just found out that this is public housing.i may stay another year but after that i am leaving but basically because i want a home not an apt.robin in management is good and jamilla is ok but she is not very friendly actually most of the staff in management are not very friendly.i think that if they got better mangement and put down some better rules this would be a ok place to live.they need to pressure wash the apatments because they look dirty especially the balconies.but the aprtments are nice and they have a neat appearance but i do not like the idea of living in a housing project.they did not tell me about section 8 tennants being here when i moved in.i think they should tell people that and let them decide if they want to move here.once again they really need to check the staff but as of right now robin is the best and there is another lady off thats nice as well.also they need to have better rules for the pool half of the summer the pool near the front was always closed and it also closed when the rent office did that is not fair to the people that live near it,they should close it at 8 like the other pool in the complex.another thing what is up with having captains of different buildings? that makes no since also assigned parking would be a good idea.
