I have been in this apt for approx 10 mos and hate it! About 2 months after we moved in, our upstairs neighbors purchased a home entertainment system. The level of their music was ridiculous. We contacted the on site mgmt 5 times and the only thing they did was give these people warnings. They told us to call the courtesy officer. We called her and she never came to investigate, nor did she call us back. We finally had to call Fulton County PD who issued them a noise violation. We actually had to take off from work and go to court before any justice was done. The on site mgmt agreed to move the neighbors to another apartment in late Feb. To date, they are still living above us, making noise.
The staff at Autumnbrook is TERRIBLE. They do not fufill their promises and are not accomodating to the residents. There aren't any community anemities (car wash broken, work out facility is always dirty and smelly, no laundromat), and the grounds are not properly kept (many staircases have not been painted and the landscaping is horrible).
As soon as my lease is up, I'm running out of here!!!!
