It's okay. Since they've changed managers, it doesn't seem as well-organized as it was. We sent them a notice and they never acknowledged it, we had an apartment leak and I had to write a letter to get any reaction after waiting 2 days.
Parking's an issue if you get home later than 9 pm. There have been a couple of break ins, but I've never had a problem with that. Noise isn't too bad--right now we have an insensitive soul who thinks everyone enjoys very loud bass beats at 10 pm. Eventually, they move.
Most of all, the place is getting older and you can tell. They tried updating the look on the outside by painting and getting new pool furniture, but it's time for a serious remodel on the inside too, especially if they want to compete with the brand new upscale apartment complex down the street. Right now, for a 2 room apartment, they want over $1,000/month. Try down the street and see what their prices are. We've lived here for 2 years and over all, I'd say it's okay but not a place you want to stay forever. Once the dirt starts creeping back on the walls, it's probably time for a change. We are:-)
