Security? What security? The property is supposed to be gated, but I've lived here for a year and a half and the gate has only worked off and on for maybe a total of a month. The property is also situated behind The Darlington, which a drug infested crime scene and it all trickles into Brookwood Valley. Since I've been here there has been a car stolen and three burgleries. Oh, and I've been having to dodge crack spoons and heorin needles while walking my dog.
The place is a dump which they have masked with new siding, semi nice landscaping and the newly acquire valet trash pick up. They also have a maintenance worker out every morning supposedly picking up trash, but he must be picking up the most minute pieces because I constantly see burger wrappers, condoms, trash bags, etc. all around the complex.
Good luck trying to get management to help you with any issues. I've actually argued with the assistant property manager over policies clearly stated on a plaque in the leasing office!! The management is about as useful as tits on a fire hydrant. The office staff is constantly being turned around and when you do go into the office with an issue, somehow there always seems to "substitute" people who brush you off and tell you you have to speak to management!
The work that has been done inside and outside the building is shoddy. Inefficient appliances and fixtures. All the construction that has been done ( and doesn't seem to stop) stirs up the bugs and you get multiple visits from the biggest cockroaches I've ever seen.
Bottomline: put your hard earned money into another complex.
