first of all rent was reasonable, now not so much. The main problem i have with these apartments is how limited choice to pick a high speed internet service provider. ummmmmm one...sofast communications...which i refuse to get because of the high prices for limited speeds. come on 35 dollars for a 256k connection and 55 for a 1.5 mb connection. comcast offers twice that for less money...and waste management ....one garbage compactor for the whole complex......come on....
