Low price compared to other places around here. Looks great inside and out. Two big problems: ANTS and LOUD NEIGHBORS. The loud neighbors you will have anywhere I know but I wish the walls were a bit thicker. The bass always gets thru. But the ants come in from the outside, you spray there, then they come from the porch, you spray there, and they even came form my closet! Other than that the place is super nice.
