Yes the rate for these apts are cheaper than others in atlanta, but it is not worth it. I would call mainetenance one day and maybe a month later with about 10 threatening phone calls, a maintenance man might come. This is no exaggeration either. There were reported case of many break-ins and murders around the apartment complex too. Me and my roommate even found a bum sleeping on our front porch. We called security and no one came. This one year lease was a lot of hard work. they said its a gated community...the gaters are pvc pipes which are always broken down.
