I loved this place. I looked for apartments all over Atlanta, if you name this place, I looked at it. The only reason I left is because I moved to the UK. The apartments ae well kept, the maintence crew is friendly and helpful, the pool and excerside room are great, and the grounds ae unbeatable. The only thing I would say against Colonial Homes is that you have to be able to parallel park and sometimes the parking is hard to find near your unit. Otherwise, it's great. When I move back to the States, I'm definitely going back to Colonial Homes!
