When we moved in, we heard nothing but glowing reviews from the residents that this was heaven on earth as far as apartment living goes. Everyone loved it and loved the people.
However after living here for a few months, I am going to not be renewing my lease. The new (very young) manager is only after a profit and is making terrible business decisions left and right. The maitenance men zoom around in their golf carts playing tag and do very little maitenance and we too have requests that have gone unattended for a few months.
There are also new limitations with the laundry service this manager has enstated that appear to be in effect for the sole purpose of making more profit.
Please keep in mind these units do not have washer/dryer hookups, so we are completely dependent on the quality laundry service that we have received, until these limitations were put into effect.
Long time residents (who have lived here since 1984) are moving out due to these and more issues I'm not going to get into. In fact, I personally know of thirty units that will not renew this year. We sure will not.
