A long time ago this was a good apartment community to live in, but not anymore. The apartment community has been steadily slipping into one of the less favorable places to live. In the past six months alone, there have been multiple crimes as well as a fatal shooting. The management staff are less than helpful, that is, after you sign the lease agreement. Maintenence is sketchy at best. Forget any help over the weekend, no-one returns any type of call, even emergency maintenence calls like broken water heater or exploded pipes in the ceiling raining water down on your belongings. Most of my electrical outlets do not work or are so worn the plug falls out of the socket.
